Frequently asked questions
Everything else you might be wondering about.
Is this legal in the UK?
Yes. Raffli is only open to UK residents aged 18+, and every raffle includes the standard elements that keep a prize competition legally distinct from a lottery. Full terms are shown at checkout.
What happens if a raffle doesn't sell enough tickets?
Every raffle has a minimum ticket threshold. If it isn't reached by the close date, the raffle is automatically cancelled and everyone who bought a ticket is refunded in full — no action needed on your part.
How do I know the draw is actually fair?
The winner is picked by an independent public randomness service, not Raffli — so no one, including us, can influence or predict the result. The details behind every draw are published so anyone can check it.
What happens if I win?
We'll notify you and arrange delivery of your prize, with tracking available in your account the whole way through.
How much do tickets cost?
It varies by raffle — some start from under £1. Every raffle shows its ticket price and odds up front before you buy.
How do I pay?
Securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
